Canvas Kids Art Studio LLC

This beginner-level knitting class will teach students the basics all the way up to intermediate level knitting. They will learn stitches like knit, purl, yarn over, stockinette, and ribbing. As well as how to knit flat and in the round. Students will become familiar with different knitting needles and other materials, as well as different types of fiber. 

Students will receive hands on assistance and guidance throughout the semester. Projects can be adjusted to skill level as needed, and students will be able to knit at their own pace. 

After the students are comfortable with the basics, they can choose a final project of their liking; a stocking cap, scarf, purse, etc.
